The flow builder, AI actions, lead capture, logs, reporting and the notification system are on all three plans. The plans differ in branding and in the hosting material, not in what the bot is capable of.

This is what makes the bot yours rather than a hosting bot. Generic advice is worse than none: it sends your customer looking for a control panel you do not use. The Hosting Profile is a questionnaire capturing what actually differs between one hosting company and another, which compiles into a knowledge document the bot reasons from.

How does the bot learn about my business?
You give it your material: upload documents, point it at pages on your site, or paste notes straight in. It answers from what you provide rather than inventing things, and you can add, correct or remove any of it at any time.
What do I have to install?
Usually a plugin we build for you. Tell us what your website runs on and the Plugin Generator produces a package for your particular bot, which you install the same way you install anything else. We build real plugins for WordPress, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal, Magento 2, OpenCart and WHMCS, and the WordPress and PrestaShop ones arrive with a settings screen already configured. For another two dozen platforms you get the exact menu path and a single line to paste. Most customers never see the JavaScript at all.
Do I need a login for the bot platform?
No, and you never will. Every setting, every conversation and every lead lives in your Rack1 account. There is no second platform to learn and no extra password to keep, and nothing is installed on your own server.
Can I run more than one bot?
Yes. Buy as many as you need and manage each one separately from the same account. Bots are fully isolated from each other, so an agency can run a different bot on every client site without any of them sharing knowledge or leads.
Where do my leads get sent?
Wherever you already work. Leads and chat logs are always in your account with a transcript view and CSV or Excel export, and you can have them pushed out as well: a daily digest, or every conversation as it happens, to an email address, to a webhook, or both. The webhook takes POST or GET and your own API key.
How quickly can I start using my bot?
Usually within a few minutes of your payment clearing. Setup is automated, so the bot appears in your Rack1 account and you can start training it straight away. Occasionally an order is flagged for manual review by our automated fraud checks. That is rare, but when it happens somebody looks at it by hand before the account is created, which delays things. If your bot has not appeared shortly after paying, that is almost always why, and you are welcome to ask us.
What is the Rack1 credit?
The Generic Bot carries a small line crediting Rack1 on the widget. On the Unbranded Bot and the Hosting Bot you can switch it off, so nothing on the widget points anywhere but your own business.
What is the hosting knowledge library?
Seventeen prepared support articles in seven categories, covering the questions hosting customers ask constantly: control panels, VPS and Linux, PHP and the other runtimes, MySQL, Softaculous and email deliverability. You switch on the ones you want and personalise them. It comes with the Hosting Bot plan only.
What is the Hosting Profile?
